وَلِلّٰهِ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِۗ يَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ ࣖ ( آل عمران: ١٢٩ )
And to Allah (belongs)
وَلِلَّهِ
और अल्लाह ही के लिए है
what
مَا
जो कुछ
(is) in
فِى
आसमानों में है
the heavens
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
आसमानों में है
and what
وَمَا
और जो कुछ
(is) in
فِى
ज़मीन में है
the earth
ٱلْأَرْضِۚ
ज़मीन में है
He forgives
يَغْفِرُ
वो बख़्श देता है
[for] whom
لِمَن
जिसके लिए
He wills
يَشَآءُ
वो चाहता है
and punishes
وَيُعَذِّبُ
और वो अज़ाब देता है
whom
مَن
जिसे
He wills
يَشَآءُۚ
वो चाहता है
And Allah
وَٱللَّهُ
और अल्लाह
(is) Oft-Forgiving
غَفُورٌ
बहुत बख़्शने वाला है
Most Merciful
رَّحِيمٌ
निहायत रहम करने वाला है
Walillahi ma fee alssamawati wama fee alardi yaghfiru liman yashao wayu'aththibu man yashao waAllahu ghafoorun raheemun (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:129)

आकाशों और धरती में जो कुछ भी है, अल्लाह ही का है। वह जिसे चाहे क्षमा कर दे और जिसे चाहे यातना दे। और अल्लाह अत्यन्त क्षमाशील, दयावान है
English Sahih:
And to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. ([3] Ali 'Imran : 129)
