وَالَّذِيْنَ يُؤْذُوْنَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَالْمُؤْمِنٰتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا اكْتَسَبُوْا فَقَدِ احْتَمَلُوْا بُهْتَانًا وَّاِثْمًا مُّبِيْنًا ࣖ ( الأحزاب: ٥٨ )
wa-alladhīna
وَٱلَّذِينَ
And those who
Et ceux qui
yu'dhūna
يُؤْذُونَ
harm
nuisent
l-mu'minīna
ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
the believing men
(aux) croyants
wal-mu'mināti
وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ
and the believing women
et (aux) croyantes
bighayri
بِغَيْرِ
for other than
pour autre
mā
مَا
what
(que) ce qu’
ik'tasabū
ٱكْتَسَبُوا۟
they have earned
ils ont acquis,
faqadi
فَقَدِ
then certainly
alors certainement
iḥ'tamalū
ٱحْتَمَلُوا۟
they bear
ils se sont donné comme fardeau
buh'tānan
بُهْتَٰنًا
false accusation
un mensonge étonnant
wa-ith'man
وَإِثْمًا
and sin
et un péché
mubīnan
مُّبِينًا
manifest
clair.
Wallazeena yu'zoonal mu'mineena almu'manaati bighairi mak tasaboo faqadih tamaloo buhtaananw wa ismam mubeenaa (al-ʾAḥzāb 33:58)
English Sahih:
And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned [i.e., deserved] have certainly borne upon themselves a slander and manifest sin. (Al-Ahzab [33] : 58)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
Et ceux qui offensent les croyants et les croyantes sans qu'ils l'aient mérité, se chargent d'une calomnie et d'un péché évident. (Al-Ahzab [33] : 58)
