وَذَلَّلْنٰهَا لَهُمْ فَمِنْهَا رَكُوْبُهُمْ وَمِنْهَا يَأْكُلُوْنَ   ( يس: ٧٢ )

wadhallalnāhā
وَذَلَّلْنَٰهَا
And We have tamed them
Et Nous l’avons dompté
lahum
لَهُمْ
for them
pour eux,
famin'hā
فَمِنْهَا
so some of them -
(il y a) donc parmi eux
rakūbuhum
رَكُوبُهُمْ
they ride them
leurs animaux montés
wamin'hā
وَمِنْهَا
and some of them
et d’eux
yakulūna
يَأْكُلُونَ
they eat
ils mangent.

Wa zallalnaahaa lahum faminhaa rakoobuhum wa minhaa yaakuloon (Yāʾ Sīn 36:72)

English Sahih:

And We have tamed them for them, so some of them they ride, and some of them they eat. (Ya-Sin [36] : 72)

Muhammad Hamidullah:

et Nous les leur avons soumis: certains leur servent de monture et d'autres de nourriture; (Ya-Sin [36] : 72)

Ils sont à leur disposition et leur sont soumis. C’est ainsi qu’ils se servent de certaines de ces bêtes comme montures et bêtes de trait, tandis qu’ils mangent la viande de certaines autres.
