وَلَنْ تَرْضٰى عَنْكَ الْيَهُوْدُ وَلَا النَّصٰرٰى حَتّٰى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ ۗ قُلْ اِنَّ هُدَى اللّٰهِ هُوَ الْهُدٰى ۗ وَلَىِٕنِ اتَّبَعْتَ اَهْوَاۤءَهُمْ بَعْدَ الَّذِيْ جَاۤءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ ۙ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللّٰهِ مِنْ وَّلِيٍّ وَّلَا نَصِيْرٍ ( البقرة: ١٢٠ )
Walan tarda 'anka alyahoodu wala alnnasara hatta tattabi'a millatahum qul inna huda Allahi huwa alhuda walaini ittaba'ta ahwaahum ba'da allathee jaaka mina al'ilmi ma laka mina Allahi min waliyyin wala naseerin (al-Baq̈arah 2:120)

न यहूदी तुमसे कभी राज़ी होनेवाले है और न ईसाई जब तक कि तुम अनके पंथ पर न चलने लग जाओ। कह दो, 'अल्लाह का मार्गदर्शन ही वास्तविक मार्गदर्शन है।' और यदि उस ज्ञान के पश्चात जो तुम्हारे पास आ चुका है, तुमने उनकी इच्छाओं का अनुसरण किया, तो अल्लाह से बचानेवाला न तो तुम्हारा कोई मित्र होगा और न सहायक
English Sahih:
And never will the Jews and the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion. Say, "Indeed, the guidance of Allah is the [only] guidance." If you were to follow their desires after what has come to you of knowledge, you would have against Allah no protector or helper. ([2] Al-Baqarah : 120)

और (ऐ रसूल) न तो यहूदी कभी तुमसे रज़ामंद होगे न नसारा यहाँ तक कि तुम उनके मज़हब की पैरवी करो (ऐ रसूल उनसे) कह दो कि बस खुदा ही की हिदायत तो हिदायत है (बाक़ी ढकोसला है) और अगर तुम इसके बाद भी कि तुम्हारे पास इल्म (क़ुरान) आ चुका है उनकी ख्वाहिशों पर चले तो (याद रहे कि फिर) तुमको खुदा (के ग़ज़ब) से बचाने वाला न कोई सरपरस्त होगा न मददगार
