قَالُوْا سُبْحٰنَكَ لَا عِلْمَ لَنَآ اِلَّا مَا عَلَّمْتَنَا ۗاِنَّكَ اَنْتَ الْعَلِيْمُ الْحَكِيْمُ ( البقرة: ٣٢ )
They said
قَالُوا۟
उन्होंने कहा
"Glory be to You!
سُبْحَٰنَكَ
पाक है तू
No
لَا
नहीं
knowledge
عِلْمَ
कोई इल्म
(is) for us
لَنَآ
हमारे लिए
except
إِلَّا
मगर
what
مَا
जो
You have taught us
عَلَّمْتَنَآۖ
सिखाया तूने हमें
Indeed You!
إِنَّكَ
बेशक तू
You
أَنتَ
तू ही है
(are) the All-Knowing
ٱلْعَلِيمُ
बहुत इल्म वाला
the All-Wise
ٱلْحَكِيمُ
बहुत हिकमत वाला
Qaloo subhanaka la 'ilma lana illa ma 'allamtana innaka anta al'aleemu alhakeemu (al-Baq̈arah 2:32)
Muhammad Faruq Khan Sultanpuri & Muhammad Ahmed:
वे बोले, 'पाक और महिमावान है तू! तूने जो कुछ हमें बताया उसके सिवा हमें कोई ज्ञान नहीं। निस्संदेह तू सर्वज्ञ, तत्वदर्शी है।'
English Sahih:
They said, "Exalted are You; we have no knowledge except what You have taught us. Indeed, it is You who is the Knowing, the Wise." ([2] Al-Baqarah : 32)
