وَاللّٰهُ خَلَقَ كُلَّ دَاۤبَّةٍ مِّنْ مَّاۤءٍۚ فَمِنْهُمْ مَّنْ يَّمْشِيْ عَلٰى بَطْنِهٖۚ وَمِنْهُمْ مَّنْ يَّمْشِيْ عَلٰى رِجْلَيْنِۚ وَمِنْهُمْ مَّنْ يَّمْشِيْ عَلٰٓى اَرْبَعٍۗ يَخْلُقُ اللّٰهُ مَا يَشَاۤءُۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ ( النور: ٤٥ )
WaAllahu khalaqa kulla dabbatin min main faminhum man yamshee 'ala batnihi waminhum man yamshee 'ala rijlayni waminhum man yamshee 'ala arba'in yakhluqu Allahu ma yashao inna Allaha 'ala kulli shayin qadeerun (an-Nūr 24:45)

अल्लाह ने हर जीवधारी को पानी से पैदा किया, तो उनमें से कोई अपने पेट के बल चलता है और कोई उनमें दो टाँगों पर चलता है और कोई चार (टाँगों) पर चलता है। अल्लाह जो चाहता है, पैदा करता है। निस्संदेह अल्लाह को हर चीज़ की सामर्थ्य प्राप्त है
English Sahih:
Allah has created every [living] creature from water. And of them are those that move on their bellies, and of them are those that walk on two legs, and of them are those that walk on four. Allah creates what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent. ([24] An-Nur : 45)

और ख़ुदा ही ने तमाम ज़मीन पर चलने वाले (जानवरों) को पानी से पैदा किया उनमें से बाज़ तो ऐसे हैं जो अपने पेट के बल चलते हैं और बाज़ उनमें से ऐसे हैं जो दो पाँव पर चलते हैं और बाज़ उनमें से ऐसे हैं जो चार पावों पर चलते हैं- ख़ुदा जो चाहता है पैदा करता है इसमें शक नहीं कि खुदा हर चीज़ पर क़ादिर है
