اِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِيْٓ اَعْنَاقِهِمْ اَغْلٰلًا فَهِيَ اِلَى الْاَذْقَانِ فَهُمْ مُّقْمَحُوْنَ ( يس: ٨ )
Indeed We
إِنَّا
बेशक हम
[We] have placed
جَعَلْنَا
डाल दिए हमने
on
فِىٓ
उनकी गर्दनों में
their necks
أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ
उनकी गर्दनों में
iron collars
أَغْلَٰلًا
तौक़
and they
فَهِىَ
तो वो
(are up)to
إِلَى
ठोड़ियों तक हैं
the chins
ٱلْأَذْقَانِ
ठोड़ियों तक हैं
so they
فَهُم
तो वो
(are with) heads aloft
مُّقْمَحُونَ
सर उठाए हुए हैं
Inna ja'alna fee a'naqihim aghlalan fahiya ila alathqani fahum muqmahoona (Yāʾ Sīn 36:8)

हमने उनकी गर्दनों में तौक़ डाल दिए है जो उनकी ठोड़ियों से लगे है। अतः उनके सिर ऊपर को उचके हुए है
English Sahih:
Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft. ([36] Ya-Sin : 8)
