لَوْلَآ اَنْ تَدَارَكَهٗ نِعْمَةٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّهٖ لَنُبِذَ بِالْعَرَاۤءِ وَهُوَ مَذْمُوْمٌ ( القلم: ٤٩ )
If not
لَّوْلَآ
अगर ना (होती ये बात)
that
أَن
कि
overtook him
تَدَٰرَكَهُۥ
पा लिया उसे
a Favor
نِعْمَةٌ
एक नेअमत ने
from
مِّن
उसके रब की तरफ़ से
his Lord
رَّبِّهِۦ
उसके रब की तरफ़ से
surely he would have been thrown
لَنُبِذَ
अलबत्ता वो फ़ेंक दिया जाता
onto (the) naked shore
بِٱلْعَرَآءِ
चटियल मैदान में
while he
وَهُوَ
और वो
(was) blamed
مَذْمُومٌ
मज़म्मत ज़दा होता
Lawla an tadarakahu ni'matun min rabbihi lanubitha bial'arai wahuwa mathmoomun (al-Q̈alam 68:49)
Muhammad Faruq Khan Sultanpuri & Muhammad Ahmed:
यदि उसके रब की अनुकम्पा उसके साथ न हो जाती तो वह अवश्य ही चटियल मैदान में बुरे हाल में डाल दिया जाता।
English Sahih:
If not that a favor [i.e., mercy] from his Lord overtook him, he would have been thrown onto the naked shore while he was censured. ([68] Al-Qalam : 49)
