وَقَالَتْ اُوْلٰىهُمْ لِاُخْرٰىهُمْ فَمَا كَانَ لَكُمْ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ فَضْلٍ فَذُوْقُوا الْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَكْسِبُوْنَ ࣖ ( الأعراف: ٣٩ )
And (will) say
وَقَالَتْ
और कहेगी
(the) first of them
أُولَىٰهُمْ
पहली उनकी
to (the) last of them
لِأُخْرَىٰهُمْ
उनकी पिछली को
"Then not
فَمَا
पस ना
is
كَانَ
हुई
for you
لَكُمْ
तुम्हारे लिए
upon us
عَلَيْنَا
हम पर
any
مِن
कोई फ़ज़ीलत
superiority
فَضْلٍ
कोई फ़ज़ीलत
so taste
فَذُوقُوا۟
पस चखो
the punishment
ٱلْعَذَابَ
अज़ाब
for what
بِمَا
बवजह उसके जो
you used to
كُنتُمْ
थे तुम
earn"
تَكْسِبُونَ
तुम कमाई करते
Waqalat oolahum liokhrahum fama kana lakum 'alayna min fadlin fathooqoo al'athaba bima kuntum taksiboona (al-ʾAʿrāf 7:39)

और उनमें से पहले आनेवाले अपने से बाद में आनेवालों से कहेंगे, 'फिर हमारे मुक़ावाले में तुम्हें कोई श्रेष्ठता प्राप्त नहीं, तो जैसी कुछ कमाई तुम करते रहे हो, उसके बदले में तुम यातना का मज़ा चखो!'
English Sahih:
And the first of them will say to the last of them, "Then you had not any favor over us, so taste the punishment for what you used to earn." ([7] Al-A'raf : 39)
