كَلَّا لَمَّا يَقْضِ مَآ اَمَرَهٗۗ ( عبس: ٢٣ )

हरगिज़ नहीं

لَمَّا
अभी तक नहीं
he has accomplished
يَقْضِ
उसने पूरा किया
what
مَآ
जो
He commanded him
أَمَرَهُۥ
उसने हुक्म दिया था उसे
Kalla lamma yaqdi ma amarahu (ʿAbasa 80:23)

कदापि नहीं, उसने उसको पूरा नहीं किया जिसका आदेश अल्लाह ने उसे दिया है
English Sahih:
No! He [i.e., man] has not yet accomplished what He commanded him. ([80] 'Abasa : 23)
