وَاَلْقِ مَا فِيْ يَمِيْنِكَ تَلْقَفْ مَا صَنَعُوْاۗ اِنَّمَا صَنَعُوْا كَيْدُ سٰحِرٍۗ وَلَا يُفْلِحُ السّٰحِرُ حَيْثُ اَتٰى ( طه: ٦٩ )
wa-alqi
وَأَلْقِ
And throw
നീ ഇട്ടുകൊള്ളുക
mā fī yamīnika
مَا فِى يَمِينِكَ
what (is) in your right hand;
നിന്റെ വലങ്കയ്യിലുള്ളതു
talqaf
تَلْقَفْ
it will swallow up
അതുവിഴുങ്ങിക്കൊള്ളും
mā ṣanaʿū
مَا صَنَعُوٓا۟ۖ
what they have made
അവര്‍ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതു, പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചതു
innamā ṣanaʿū
إِنَّمَا صَنَعُوا۟
Only they (have) made
നിശ്ചയമായും അവര്‍ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്
kaydu sāḥirin
كَيْدُ سَٰحِرٍۖ
a trick (of) a magician
ജാലവിദ്യക്കാരുടെ തന്ത്രം (മാത്രം) ആകുന്നു
walā yuf'liḥu
وَلَا يُفْلِحُ
and not will be successful
വിജയിക്കുകയില്ല
l-sāḥiru
ٱلسَّاحِرُ
the magician
ജാലവിദ്യക്കാരന്‍
ḥaythu atā
حَيْثُ أَتَىٰ
wherever he comes"
അവര്‍ ചെന്നേടത്തു (എവിടെ ചെന്നാലും)
Wa alqi maa fee yamee nika talqaf maa sana'oo; innamaa sana'oo kaidu saahir; wa laa yuflihus saahiru haisu ataa (Ṭāʾ Hāʾ 20:69)
English Sahih:
And throw what is in your right hand; it will swallow up what they have crafted. What they have crafted is but the trick of a magician, and the magician will not succeed wherever he is." (Taha [20] : 69)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
''നീ നിന്റെ വലതു കൈയിലുള്ളത് നിലത്തിടുക. അവരുണ്ടാക്കിയ ജാലവിദ്യയൊക്കെയും അതു വിഴുങ്ങിക്കൊള്ളും.'' അവരുണ്ടാക്കിയത് ജാലവിദ്യക്കാരുടെ തന്ത്രം മാത്രമാണ്. ജാലവിദ്യക്കാര്‍ എവിടെച്ചെന്നാലും വിജയിക്കുകയില്ല. (ത്വാഹാ [20] : 69)
