وَهُوَ الَّذِيْ جَعَلَ الَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ خِلْفَةً لِّمَنْ اَرَادَ اَنْ يَّذَّكَّرَ اَوْ اَرَادَ شُكُوْرًا ( الفرقان: ٦٢ )
wahuwa alladhī
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى
And He (is) the One Who
അവന്തന്നെയാണ് യതൊരുവനും
jaʿala al-layla
جَعَلَ ٱلَّيْلَ
made the night
അവന് രാത്രിയെ ആക്കി
wal-nahāra
وَٱلنَّهَارَ
and the day
പകലിനെയും
khil'fatan
خِلْفَةً
(in) succession
മാറിവരുന്നതു
liman arāda
لِّمَنْ أَرَادَ
for whoever desires
ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവര്ക്കുവേണ്ടി
an yadhakkara
أَن يَذَّكَّرَ
to remember
ഉറ്റാലോചിക്കുവാന്
aw arāda
أَوْ أَرَادَ
or desires
അല്ലെങ്കില് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന
shukūran
شُكُورًا
to be thankful
നന്ദി ചെയ്വാന്, കൃതജ്ഞത കാണിക്കാന്
Wa huwal lazee ja'alal laila wannahaara khilfatal liman araada ai yazzakkara aw araadaa shookooraa (al-Furq̈ān 25:62)
English Sahih:
And it is He who has made the night and the day in succession for whoever desires to remember or desires gratitude. (Al-Furqan [25] : 62)

രാപകലുകള് മാറിമാറിവരുംവിധമാക്കിയവനും അവന് തന്നെ. ചിന്തിച്ചറിയാനോ നന്ദി കാണിക്കാനോ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവര്ക്കുവേണ്ടിയാണ് ഇതൊക്കെയും ഒരുക്കിയത്. (അല്ഫുര്ഖാന് [25] : 62)
