وَمَنْ جَاهَدَ فَاِنَّمَا يُجَاهِدُ لِنَفْسِهٖ ۗاِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَغَنِيٌّ عَنِ الْعٰلَمِيْنَ ( العنكبوت: ٦ )
waman jāhada
وَمَن جَٰهَدَ
And whoever strives
ആരെങ്കിലും സമരം ചെയ്യുന്നതായാല്‍
fa-innamā yujāhidu
فَإِنَّمَا يُجَٰهِدُ
then only he strives
നിശ്ചയമായും അവന് സമരം ചെയ്യുന്നു
linafsihi
لِنَفْسِهِۦٓۚ
for himself
തനിക്കുവേണ്ടിത്തന്നെ, അവന്റെ ആത്മാവിനുവേണ്ടി മാത്രം
inna l-laha
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ
Indeed Allah
നിശ്ചയമായും അല്ലാഹു
laghaniyyun
لَغَنِىٌّ
(is) Free from need
അനാശ്രയനാകുന്നു, ധന്യന്‍ തന്നെ
ʿani l-ʿālamīna
عَنِ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
of the worlds
ലോകരില്‍ നിന്നു, ലോകരോടു
Wa man jaahada fainnamaa yujaahidu linafsih; innal laaha laghaniyyun 'anil 'aalameen (al-ʿAnkabūt 29:6)
English Sahih:
And whoever strives only strives for [the benefit of] himself. Indeed, Allah is Free from need of the worlds. (Al-'Ankabut [29] : 6)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
ആരെങ്കിലും അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ മാര്‍ഗത്തില്‍ സമരം ചെയ്യുന്നുവെങ്കില്‍ തന്റെ തന്നെ നന്മക്കുവേണ്ടിയാണ് അവനതു ചെയ്യുന്നത്. സംശയമില്ല; അല്ലാഹു ലോകരിലാരുടെയും ആശ്രയമാവശ്യമില്ലാത്തവനാണ്. (അല്‍അന്‍കബൂത്ത് [29] : 6)
