مِنْ قَبْلُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَاَنْزَلَ الْفُرْقَانَ ەۗ اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا بِاٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيْدٌ ۗوَاللّٰهُ عَزِيْزٌ ذُو انْتِقَامٍۗ ( آل عمران: ٤ )
Min qablu hudal linnaasi wa anzalal Furqaan; innallazeena kafaroo bi Aayaatil laahi lahum 'azaabun shadeed; wallaahu 'azeezun zun tiqaam (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:4)
English Sahih:
Before, as guidance for the people. And He revealed the Criterion [i.e., the Quran]. Indeed, those who disbelieve in the verses of Allah will have a severe punishment, and Allah is Exalted in Might, the Owner of Retribution. (Ali 'Imran [3] : 4)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
ഇതിനു മുമ്പ്, മനുഷ്യര്ക്ക് വഴികാണിക്കാന്. ശരിതെറ്റുകളെ വേര്തിരിച്ചറിയാനുള്ള പ്രമാണവും അവന് ഇറക്കിത്തന്നു. അതിനാല് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ വചനങ്ങളെ തള്ളിപ്പറഞ്ഞവരാരോ അവര്ക്ക് കഠിനമായ ശിക്ഷയുണ്ട്. അല്ലാഹു പ്രതാപിയും ദുഷ്ടന്മാരോട് പ്രതികാരം ചെയ്യുന്നവനുമാകുന്നു. (ആലുഇംറാന് [3] : 4)

ഇതിനു മുമ്പ്; മനുഷ്യര്ക്ക് മാര്ഗദര്ശനത്തിനായി. സത്യാസത്യവിവേചനത്തിനുള്ള പ്രമാണവും അവന് അവതരിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. തീര്ച്ചയായും അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങള് നിഷേധിച്ചവരാരോ അവര്ക്ക് കഠിനമായ ശിക്ഷയാണുള്ളത്. അല്ലാഹു പ്രതാപിയും ശിക്ഷാനടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നവനുമാകുന്നു
