وَلَقَدْ ضَلَّ قَبْلَهُمْ اَكْثَرُ الْاَوَّلِيْنَۙ ( الصافات: ٧١ )
walaqad ḍalla
وَلَقَدْ ضَلَّ
And verily went astray
വഴി പിഴക്കുകയുണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ട്
qablahum
قَبْلَهُمْ
before them
അവരുടെ മുമ്പ്
aktharu l-awalīna
أَكْثَرُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
most (of) the former (people)
പൂര്വ്വികന്മാരില് അധികവും
Wa laqad dalla qablahum aksarul awwaleen (aṣ-Ṣāffāt 37:71)
English Sahih:
And there had already strayed before them most of the former peoples, (As-Saffat [37] : 71)
