وَّاَنْ لَّوِ اسْتَقَامُوْا عَلَى الطَّرِيْقَةِ لَاَسْقَيْنٰهُمْ مَّاۤءً غَدَقًاۙ ( الجن: ١٦ )
wa-allawi is'taqāmū
وَأَلَّوِ ٱسْتَقَٰمُوا۟
And if they had remained
അവര് ഉറച്ചുനിന്നാൽ, ശരിയായി നിലകൊണ്ടാല്, ചൊവ്വായാൽ
ʿalā l-ṭarīqati
عَلَى ٱلطَّرِيقَةِ
on the Way
(ആ) മാര്ഗ്ഗത്തിൽ, വഴിയിലായി
la-asqaynāhum
لَأَسْقَيْنَٰهُم
surely We (would) have given them to drink
നാം അവര്ക്കു കുടിപ്പാൻ കൊടുക്കും
māan
مَّآءً
water
വെള്ളം
ghadaqan
غَدَقًا
(in) abundance
ധാരാളം
Wa alla wis taqaamoo 'alat tareeqati la asqaynaahum maa'an ghadaqaa (al-Jinn 72:16)
English Sahih:
And [Allah revealed] that if they had remained straight on the way, We would have given them abundant rain [i.e., provision]. (Al-Jinn [72] : 16)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
അവര് നേര്വഴിയില് തന്നെ ഉറച്ചു നില്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കില് നാം അവര്ക്ക് കുടിക്കാന് ധാരാളമായി വെള്ളം നല്കും. (അല്ജിന്ന് [72] : 16)
