اِنَّا مُنْزِلُوْنَ عَلٰٓى اَهْلِ هٰذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ رِجْزًا مِّنَ السَّمَاۤءِ بِمَا كَانُوْا يَفْسُقُوْنَ ( العنكبوت: ٣٤ )
Indeed we
إِنَّا
நிச்சயமாக நாம்
(will) bring down
مُنزِلُونَ
இறக்குவோம்
on
عَلَىٰٓ
மீது
(the) people
أَهْلِ
வசிப்பவர்
(of) this
هَٰذِهِ
இந்த
town
ٱلْقَرْيَةِ
ஊரில்
a punishment
رِجْزًا
தண்டனையை
from (the) sky
مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ
வானத்திலிருந்து
because they have been defiantly disobedient"
بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَفْسُقُونَ
அவர்கள் பாவம் செய்துகொண்டு இருந்ததால்
Innaa munziloona 'alaaa ahli haazihil qaryati rijzam minas samaaa'i bimaa kaanoo yafsuqoon (al-ʿAnkabūt 29:34)
Abdul Hameed Baqavi:
"அன்றி, இவ்வூரார் செய்து கொண்டிருக்கும் பாவத்தின் காரணமாக நிச்சயமாக நாம் இவர்கள்மீது வானத்திலிருந்து வேதனையை இறக்கி வைப்போம்" என்று கூறினார்கள்.
English Sahih:
Indeed, we will bring down on the people of this city punishment from the sky because they have been defiantly disobedient." ([29] Al-'Ankabut : 34)
