لَنْ تَنَالُوا الْبِرَّ حَتّٰى تُنْفِقُوْا مِمَّا تُحِبُّوْنَ ۗوَمَا تُنْفِقُوْا مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ بِهٖ عَلِيْمٌ ( آل عمران: ٩٢ )
Never will you attain
لَن تَنَالُوا۟
அறவே அடைய மாட்டீர்கள்
[the] righteousness
ٱلْبِرَّ
நன்மையை
until
حَتَّىٰ
வரை
you spend
تُنفِقُوا۟
தர்மம் செய்கிறீர்கள்
from what
مِمَّا
எதிலிருந்து
you love
تُحِبُّونَۚ
நேசிக்கிறீர்கள்
And whatever you spend
وَمَا تُنفِقُوا۟
எதை (நீங்கள்) தர்மம் செய்தாலும்
of a thing
مِن شَىْءٍ
ஒரு பொருள் / இல்
then indeed Allah
فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ
நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ்
of it
بِهِۦ
அதை
(is) All-Knowing
عَلِيمٌ
மிக நன்கறிந்தவன்
Lan tanaalul birra hattaa tunfiqoo mimmaa tuhibboon; wa maa tunfiqoo min shai'in fa innal laaha bihee 'Aleem (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:92)
Abdul Hameed Baqavi:
உங்களுக்குப் பிரியமான பொருளிலிருந்து நீங்கள் (தானமாக) செலவு செய்யாத வரையில் நிச்சயமாக நீங்கள் நன்மையடைய மாட்டீர்கள். ஒரு சொற்பத்தை நீங்கள் தானம் செய்தபோதிலும் நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் அதனையும் நன்கறிவான்.
English Sahih:
Never will you attain the good [reward] until you spend [in the way of Allah] from that which you love. And whatever you spend – indeed, Allah is Knowing of it. ([3] Ali 'Imran : 92)
