لَنْ تَنَالُوا الْبِرَّ حَتّٰى تُنْفِقُوْا مِمَّا تُحِبُّوْنَ ۗوَمَا تُنْفِقُوْا مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ بِهٖ عَلِيْمٌ   ( آل عمران: ٩٢ )

ٱلْبِرَّ
[the] righteousness

حَتَّىٰ

tunfiqū
تُنفِقُوا۟
you spend

مِمَّا
from what
tuḥibbūna
تُحِبُّونَۚ
you love
wamā
وَمَا
And whatever
tunfiqū
تُنفِقُوا۟
you spend
min
مِن
of
shayin
شَىْءٍ
a thing
fa-inna
فَإِنَّ
then indeed
l-laha
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
bihi
بِهِۦ
of it
ʿalīmun
عَلِيمٌ
(is) All-Knowing

Lan tanaalul birra hattaa tunfiqoo mimmaa tuhibboon; wa maa tunfiqoo min shai'in fa innal laaha bihee 'Aleem (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:92)

Sahih International:

Never will you attain the good [reward] until you spend [in the way of Allah] from that which you love. And whatever you spend – indeed, Allah is Knowing of it. (Ali 'Imran [3] : 92)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

You shall never attain righteousness unless you spend from what you love. Whatsoever you spend, Allah is fully aware of it.
