يَوْمَ لَا يَنْفَعُ الظّٰلِمِيْنَ مَعْذِرَتُهُمْ وَلَهُمُ اللَّعْنَةُ وَلَهُمْ سُوْۤءُ الدَّارِ ( غافر: ٥٢ )
(The) Day
يَوْمَ
(அந்)நாளில்
not will benefit
لَا يَنفَعُ
பலனளிக்காது
the wrongdoers
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
அநியாயக்காரர்களுக்கு
their excuse
مَعْذِرَتُهُمْۖ
அவர்களின் சாக்குபோக்கு(கள்)
and for them
وَلَهُمُ
இன்னும் அவர்களுக்கு
(is) the curse
ٱللَّعْنَةُ
சாபம்தான்
and for them
وَلَهُمْ
இன்னும் அவர்களுக்கு
(is the) worst home
سُوٓءُ ٱلدَّارِ
கெட்ட வீடும்
Yawma laa yanfa'uz zaalimeena ma'ziratuhum wa lahumul la'natu wa lahum soooud daar (Ghāfir 40:52)
Abdul Hameed Baqavi:
அந்நாளில் அநியாயக்காரர்களுக்கு அவர்கள் கூறும் புகல்கள் ஒன்றுமே பயனளிக்காது. அன்றி, அவர்களுக்கு (இறைவனின்) சாபமும் உண்டு; அவர்களுக்குத் தீய இருப்பிடமும் உண்டு.
English Sahih:
The Day their excuse will not benefit the wrongdoers, and they will have the curse, and they will have the worst home [i.e., Hell]. ([40] Ghafir : 52)
