فَاِنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهٗ مِنْۢ بَعْدُ حَتّٰى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهٗ ۗ فَاِنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَآ اَنْ يَّتَرَاجَعَآ اِنْ ظَنَّآ اَنْ يُّقِيْمَا حُدُوْدَ اللّٰهِ ۗ وَتِلْكَ حُدُوْدُ اللّٰهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوْمٍ يَّعْلَمُوْنَ   ( البقرة: ٢٣٠ )

Fa in tallaqahaa falaa tahillu lahoo mim ba'du hattaa tankiha zawjan ghairah; fa in tallaqahaa falaa junaaha 'alaihimaaa ai yataraaja'aaa in zannaaa ai yuqeemaa hudoodal laa; wa tilka hudoodul laahi yubaiyinuhaa liqawminy ya'lamoon (al-Baq̈arah 2:230)

English Sahih:

And if he has divorced her [for the third time], then she is not lawful to him afterward until [after] she marries a husband other than him. And if he [i.e., the latter husband] divorces her [or dies], there is no blame upon them [i.e., the woman and her former husband] for returning to each other if they think that they can keep [within] the limits of Allah. These are the limits of Allah, which He makes clear to a people who know [i.e.,understand]. (Al-Baqarah [2] : 230)

Ma Jian (Simplified):

如果他休了她,那么,她以后不可以做他的妻子,直到她嫁给其他的男人。如果后夫又休了她,那么,她再嫁前夫,对于他俩是毫无罪过的,如果他俩猜想自己能遵守安拉的法度。这是安拉的法度,他为有知识的民众而阐明它。 (黄牛 [2] : 230)

1 Mokhtasar Chinese

如果丈夫第三次与其妻离婚,除非妻子以爱慕而不是为嫁第一任丈夫为由而想重归于好,否则不允诺他再娶她为妻。,如果妻子另嫁他人,其第二任丈夫与她离婚或去世,那么该妇女可以与第一任丈夫重新缔结婚约,第一任丈夫应重新给予其聘仪,这对于他们俩是毫无罪过的,如果他俩能够遵守真主的法度。真主制定的法度就是让人们明白教律和行为底线,因为他们能以此受益。
