هُوَ الَّذِيْٓ اَنْزَلَ عَلَيْكَ الْكِتٰبَ مِنْهُ اٰيٰتٌ مُّحْكَمٰتٌ هُنَّ اُمُّ الْكِتٰبِ وَاُخَرُ مُتَشٰبِهٰتٌ ۗ فَاَمَّا الَّذِيْنَ فِيْ قُلُوْبِهِمْ زَيْغٌ فَيَتَّبِعُوْنَ مَا تَشَابَهَ مِنْهُ ابْتِغَاۤءَ الْفِتْنَةِ وَابْتِغَاۤءَ تَأْوِيْلِهٖۚ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ تَأْوِيْلَهٗٓ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ ۘوَالرَّاسِخُوْنَ فِى الْعِلْمِ يَقُوْلُوْنَ اٰمَنَّا بِهٖۙ كُلٌّ مِّنْ عِنْدِ رَبِّنَا ۚ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ اِلَّآ اُولُوا الْاَلْبَابِ  ( آل عمران: ٧ )

and others

mutashābihātun
مُتَشَٰبِهَٰتٌۖ
(are) allegorical
隐征的
fa-ammā
فَأَمَّا
Then as for
至于|然后
alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
those
那些人
فِى
in
qulūbihim
قُلُوبِهِمْ
their hearts
他们的|众心
zayghun
زَيْغٌ
(is) perversity
邪恶
fayattabiʿūna
فَيَتَّبِعُونَ
[so] they follow
他们遵从|然后
مَا
what
什么
tashābaha
تَشَٰبَهَ
(is) allegorical
它隐藏
min'hu
مِنْهُ
of it
它|从
ib'tighāa
ٱبْتِغَآءَ
seeking
寻求
l-fit'nati
ٱلْفِتْنَةِ
[the] discord
淆惑人心的
wa-ib'tighāa
وَٱبْتِغَآءَ
and seeking
寻求|和
tawīlihi
تَأْوِيلِهِۦۗ
its interpretation
它的|究竟的
wamā
وَمَا
And not
不|和
yaʿlamu
يَعْلَمُ
knows
他知道
tawīlahu
تَأْوِيلَهُۥٓ
its interpretation
它的|究竟
illā
إِلَّا
except
除了
l-lahu
ٱللَّهُۗ
Allah
真主
wal-rāsikhūna
وَٱلرَّٰسِخُونَ
And those firm
众精通者|和
فِى
in
l-ʿil'mi
ٱلْعِلْمِ
[the] knowledge
知识
yaqūlūna
يَقُولُونَ
they say
他们说
āmannā
ءَامَنَّا
"We believe
我们相信
bihi
بِهِۦ
in it
它|在
kullun
كُلٌّ
All
所有
min
مِّنْ
(is)
ʿindi
عِندِ
from
那里
rabbinā
رَبِّنَاۗ
our Lord"
我们的|养主的
wamā
وَمَا
And not
不|和
yadhakkaru
يَذَّكَّرُ
will take heed
他觉悟
illā
إِلَّآ
except
除了
ulū
أُو۟لُوا۟
men
众人
l-albābi
ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ
(of) understanding
理智的

Huwal lazeee anzala 'alaikal Kitaaba minhu Aayaatum Muh kamaatun hunna Ummul Kitaabi wa ukharu Mutashaabihaatun faammal lazeena fee quloobihim ziyghun fa yattabi'oona ma tashaabaha minhubtighaaa 'alfitnati wabtighaaa'a taaweelih; wa maa ya'lamu taaweelahooo illal laah; warraasikhoona fil 'ilmi yaqooloona aamannaa bihee kullum min 'indi Rabbinaa; wa maa yazzakkaru illaaa ulul albaab (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:7)

English Sahih:

It is He who has sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Book; in it are verses [that are] precise – they are the foundation of the Book – and others unspecific. As for those in whose hearts is deviation [from truth], they will follow that of it which is unspecific, seeking discord and seeking an interpretation [suitable to them]. And no one knows its [true] interpretation except Allah. But those firm in knowledge say, "We believe in it. All [of it] is from our Lord." And no one will be reminded except those of understanding. (Ali 'Imran [3] : 7)

Ma Jian (Simplified):

他降示你这部经典,其中有许多明确的经文,是全经的基本;还有别的许多隐微的节文。心存邪念的人,遵从隐微的节文,企图淆惑人心,探究经义的究竟。只有安拉才知道经义的究竟。学问精通的人们说:“我们已确信它;明确的和隐微的,都是从我们的主那里降示的。惟有理智的人,才会觉悟。 (仪姆兰的家属 [3] : 7)

1 Mokhtasar Chinese

先知啊!祂为你降示了《古兰经》,其中有许多例证明显、毫无隐讳的经文,这是经书的根本和极致。是一切分歧的参考;当然,其中还有些寓意颇多,能让大部分人混淆其意的经文。至于心存邪念之人,他们企图以此混淆世人而引发纷争,企图以符合其虚妄教义的目的而随心所欲的注解这些经文。他们抛弃明显的而遵从隐微的,他们不知这些经文的实际意思,也不知随意注解它的惩罚。惟有学问精通之人,他们说:“我们归信全部的《古兰经》,因为它来自于我们的养主。”他们以智慧而注解隐微的经文,惟有理智之人才能从中觉悟和受教。
