اَوَمَنْ يُّنَشَّؤُا فِى الْحِلْيَةِ وَهُوَ فِى الْخِصَامِ غَيْرُ مُبِيْنٍ ( الزخرف: ١٨ )

So is one brought up in ornaments while being during conflict unevident [attributed to Allah]? (Az-Zukhruf [43] : 18)
