لَعَلَّنَا نَتَّبِعُ السَّحَرَةَ اِنْ كَانُوْا هُمُ الْغٰلِبِيْنَ ( الشعراء: ٤٠ )
That we may
لَعَلَّنَا
সম্ভবতঃ আমরা
follow
نَتَّبِعُ
অনুসরণ করবো
the magicians
ٱلسَّحَرَةَ
জাদুকরদের (দ্বীনকে)
if
إِن
যদি
they are
كَانُوا۟
তারা হয়
they are
هُمُ
তারা
the victorious?"
ٱلْغَٰلِبِينَ
বিজয়ী"
তাফসীর তাইসীরুল কুরআন (Taisirul Quran):
যাতে আমরা যাদুকরদের (এবং তাদের প্রধান পৃষ্ঠপোষক ফেরাউনের) দীন অনুসরণ করতে পারি যদি তারা বিজয়ী হয়।
English Sahih:
That we might follow the magicians if they are the predominant?"
