وَلَقَدْ نَجَّيْنَا بَنِيْٓ اِسْرَاۤءِيْلَ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ الْمُهِيْنِۙ ( الدخان: ٣٠ )
And certainly
وَلَقَدْ
Und ganz gewiss
We saved
نَجَّيْنَا
erretteten wir
(the) Children of Israel
بَنِىٓ
(die) Kinder
(the) Children of Israel
إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ
Isra'ils
from
مِنَ
von
the punishment
ٱلْعَذَابِ
der Qual,
the humiliating
ٱلْمُهِينِ
schmachvollen
Wa Laqad Najjaynā Banī 'Isrā'īla Mina Al-`Adhābi Al-Muhīni. (ad-Dukhān 44:30)

And We certainly saved the Children of Israel from the humiliating torment – ([44] Ad-Dukhan : 30)
