كَاَنَّهُمْ يَوْمَ يَرَوْنَهَا لَمْ يَلْبَثُوْٓا اِلَّا عَشِيَّةً اَوْ ضُحٰىهَا ࣖ ( النازعات: ٤٦ )
As though they
كَأَنَّهُمْ
Als hätten sie
(the) Day
يَوْمَ
(am) Tag
they see it
يَرَوْنَهَا
(wenn) sie sie sehen
not
لَمْ
nicht
they had remained
يَلْبَثُوٓا۟
verweilt
except
إِلَّا

an evening
عَشِيَّةً

a morning thereof
ضُحَىٰهَا

It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. ([79] An-Nazi'at : 46)
