fa-ammā
فَأَمَّا
Then as for
man
مَن
(him) whose
thaqulat
ثَقُلَتْ
(are) heavy
mawāzīnuhu
مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ
his scales,

Fa-amma man thaqulat mawa zeenuh

Sahih International:

Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds],
