وَيَقُوْلُ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا لَوْلَآ اُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ اٰيَةٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّهٖۗ اِنَّمَآ اَنْتَ مُنْذِرٌ وَّلِكُلِّ قَوْمٍ هَادٍ ࣖ   ( الرعد: ٧ )

wayaqūlu
وَيَقُولُ
And say
alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
kafarū
كَفَرُوا۟
disbelieved
lawlā
لَوْلَآ
"Why not
unzila
أُنزِلَ
has been sent down
ʿalayhi
عَلَيْهِ
to him
āyatun
ءَايَةٌ
a sign
min
مِّن
from
rabbihi
رَّبِّهِۦٓۗ
his Lord?"
innamā
إِنَّمَآ
Only
anta
أَنتَ
you
mundhirun
مُنذِرٌۖ
(are) a warner
walikulli
وَلِكُلِّ
and for every
qawmin
قَوْمٍ
people
hādin
هَادٍ
(is) a guide

Wa yaqoolul lazeena kafaroo law laaa unzila 'alaihi Aayatum mir Rabbih; innamaaa anta munzirunw wa likulli qawmin haad (ar-Raʿd 13:7)

Sahih International:

And those who disbelieved say, "Why has a sign not been sent down to him from his Lord?" You are only a warner, and for every people is a guide. (Ar-Ra'd [13] : 7)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

The disbelievers say, “Why is it that no sign has been sent down to him from his Lord?” You are but a warner; and for every people there is a guide.
