وَمَا مَنَعَ النَّاسَ اَنْ يُّؤْمِنُوْٓا اِذْ جَاۤءَهُمُ الْهُدٰٓى اِلَّآ اَنْ قَالُوْٓا اَبَعَثَ اللّٰهُ بَشَرًا رَّسُوْلًا  ( الإسراء: ٩٤ )

قَالُوٓا۟
they said
abaʿatha
أَبَعَثَ
"Has Allah sent
l-lahu
ٱللَّهُ
"Has Allah sent
basharan
بَشَرًا
a human
rasūlan
رَّسُولًا
Messenger?"

Wa maa mana'an naasa any yu'minooo iz jaaa'ahumul hudaaa illaaa an qaalooo aba'asal laahu basharar Rasoolaa (al-ʾIsrāʾ 17:94)

Sahih International:

And what prevented the people from believing when guidance came to them except that they said, "Has Allah sent a human messenger?" (Al-Isra [17] : 94)

Nothing prevented people from believing, when guidance came to them, except that they said, “Has Allah sent a man as a messenger?”
