قُلْ لَّوْ كَانَ فِى الْاَرْضِ مَلٰۤىِٕكَةٌ يَّمْشُوْنَ مُطْمَىِٕنِّيْنَ لَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ مِّنَ السَّمَاۤءِ مَلَكًا رَّسُوْلًا  ( الإسراء: ٩٥ )

lanazzalnā
لَنَزَّلْنَا
surely We (would) have sent down
ʿalayhim
عَلَيْهِم
to them
mina
مِّنَ
from
l-samāi
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
the heaven
malakan
مَلَكًا
an Angel
rasūlan
رَّسُولًا
(as) a Messenger"

Qul law kaana fil ardi malaaa 'ikatuny yamshoona mutma'inneena lanazzalnaa 'alaihim minas samaaa'i malakar Rasoolaa (al-ʾIsrāʾ 17:95)

Sahih International:

Say, "If there were upon the earth angels walking securely, We would have sent down to them from the heaven an angel [as a] messenger." (Al-Isra [17] : 95)

Say, “Had there been angels (living) on the earth, walking about in peace, We would have certainly sent down an angel from the heavens as a messenger.”
