وَاِذَا تَوَلّٰى سَعٰى فِى الْاَرْضِ لِيُفْسِدَ فِيْهَا وَيُهْلِكَ الْحَرْثَ وَالنَّسْلَ ۗ وَ اللّٰهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْفَسَادَ   ( البقرة: ٢٠٥ )

wa-idhā
وَإِذَا
And when
tawallā
تَوَلَّىٰ
he turns away
saʿā
سَعَىٰ
he strives
فِى
in
l-arḍi
ٱلْأَرْضِ
the earth
liyuf'sida
لِيُفْسِدَ
to spread corruption
fīhā
فِيهَا
[in it]
wayuh'lika
وَيُهْلِكَ
and destroys
l-ḥartha
ٱلْحَرْثَ
the crops
wal-nasla
وَٱلنَّسْلَۗ
and progeny
wal-lahu
وَٱللَّهُ
And Allah
لَا
(does) not
yuḥibbu
يُحِبُّ
love
l-fasāda
ٱلْفَسَادَ
[the] corruption

Wa izaa tawallaa sa'aa fil ardi liyufsida feeha wa yuhlikal harsa wannasl; wallaahu laa yuhibbul fasaad (al-Baq̈arah 2:205)

Sahih International:

And when he goes away, he strives throughout the land to cause corruption therein and destroy crops and animals. And Allah does not like corruption. (Al-Baqarah [2] : 205)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

Once he turns back, he moves about in the land trying to spread disorder in it, and to destroy the tillage and the stock; and Allah does not like disorder.
