وَاِذَا تَوَلّٰى سَعٰى فِى الْاَرْضِ لِيُفْسِدَ فِيْهَا وَيُهْلِكَ الْحَرْثَ وَالنَّسْلَ ۗ وَ اللّٰهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْفَسَادَ ( البقرة: ٢٠٥ )
And when he turns away
وَإِذَا تَوَلَّىٰ
இன்னும் அவன் திரும்பிச் சென்றால்
he strives
سَعَىٰ
முயற்சிக்கிறான்
in the earth
فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ
பூமியில்
to spread corruption [in it]
لِيُفْسِدَ فِيهَا
அவன் விஷமம் செய்வதற்காக/அதில்
and destroys
وَيُهْلِكَ
இன்னும் அழிக்கிறான்
the crops
ٱلْحَرْثَ
விளை நிலத்தை
and progeny
وَٱلنَّسْلَۗ
இன்னும் கால்நடையை
And Allah
وَٱللَّهُ
அல்லாஹ்
(does) not love
لَا يُحِبُّ
விரும்ப மாட்டான்
[the] corruption
ٱلْفَسَادَ
விஷமத்தை
Wa izaa tawallaa sa'aa fil ardi liyufsida feeha wa yuhlikal harsa wannasl; wallaahu laa yuhibbul fasaad (al-Baq̈arah 2:205)
Abdul Hameed Baqavi:
அவன் (உங்களிலிருந்து) விலகினாலோ, பூமியில் விஷமம் செய்து (உங்கள்) விவசாயத்தையும் கால்நடைகளையும் அழித்துவிட முயற்சி செய்கின்றான். விஷமத்தை அல்லாஹ் விரும்புவதில்லை.
English Sahih:
And when he goes away, he strives throughout the land to cause corruption therein and destroy crops and animals. And Allah does not like corruption. ([2] Al-Baqarah : 205)
