وَاِنْ تَجْهَرْ بِالْقَوْلِ فَاِنَّهٗ يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ وَاَخْفٰى ( طه: ٧ )
wa-in
وَإِن
And if
tajhar
تَجْهَرْ
you speak aloud
bil-qawli
بِٱلْقَوْلِ
the word
fa-innahu
فَإِنَّهُۥ
then indeed He
yaʿlamu
يَعْلَمُ
knows
l-sira
ٱلسِّرَّ
the secret
wa-akhfā
وَأَخْفَى
and the more hidden
Wa in tajhar bilqawli fainnahoo ya'lamus sirra wa akhfaa (Ṭāʾ Hāʾ 20:7)
Sahih International:
And if you speak aloud – then indeed, He knows the secret and what is [even] more hidden. (Taha [20] : 7)

If you pronounce the word aloud, then (it makes no difference, for) He certainly knows the secret and what is even more hidden.
