فِرْعَوْنَ
Firaun
wamala-ihi
وَمَلَإِي۟هِۦ
and his chiefs,
fa-is'takbarū
فَٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟
but they behaved arrogantly
wakānū
وَكَانُوا۟
and they were
qawman
قَوْمًا
a people
ʿālīna
عَالِينَ
haughty.

Ilaa Fir'awna wa mala'ihee fastakbaroo wa kaanoo qawman 'aaleem

Sahih International:

To Pharaoh and his establishment, but they were arrogant and were a haughty people.
