فَدَعَا رَبَّهٗٓ اَنَّ هٰٓؤُلَاۤءِ قَوْمٌ مُّجْرِمُوْنَ   ( الدخان: ٢٢ )

So he called
rabbahu
رَبَّهُۥٓ
his Lord
anna
أَنَّ
"That
hāulāi
هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ
these
qawmun
قَوْمٌ
(are) a people
muj'rimūna
مُّجْرِمُونَ
criminals"

Fada'aa rabbahooo anna haaa'ulaaa'i qawmum mujrimoon (ad-Dukhān 44:22)

Sahih International:

And [finally] he called to his Lord that these were a criminal people. (Ad-Dukhan [44] : 22)

Then he prayed to his Lord saying, “These are a guilty people.”
