وَمَا لَكُمْ لَا تُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِاللّٰهِ ۚوَالرَّسُوْلُ يَدْعُوْكُمْ لِتُؤْمِنُوْا بِرَبِّكُمْ وَقَدْ اَخَذَ مِيْثَاقَكُمْ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُّؤْمِنِيْنَ   ( الحديد: ٨ )

wamā
وَمَا
And what
lakum
لَكُمْ
(is) for you
لَا
(that) not
tu'minūna
تُؤْمِنُونَ
you believe
bil-lahi
بِٱللَّهِۙ
in Allah
wal-rasūlu
وَٱلرَّسُولُ
while the Messenger
yadʿūkum
يَدْعُوكُمْ
calls you
litu'minū
لِتُؤْمِنُوا۟
that you believe
birabbikum
بِرَبِّكُمْ
in your Lord
waqad
وَقَدْ
and indeed
akhadha
أَخَذَ
He has taken
mīthāqakum
مِيثَٰقَكُمْ
your covenant
in
إِن
if
kuntum
كُنتُم
you are
mu'minīna
مُّؤْمِنِينَ
believers

Wa maa lakum laa tu'minoona billaahi war Rasoolu yad'ookum lituu'minoo bi Rabbikum wa qad akhaza meesaaqakum in kuntum mu'mineen (al-Ḥadīd 57:8)

Sahih International:

And why do you not believe in Allah while the Messenger invites you to believe in your Lord and He has taken your covenant, if you should [truly] be believers? (Al-Hadid [57] : 8)

What is wrong with you that you do not believe in Allah, while the Messenger invites you to believe in your Lord, and He has taken your covenant, if you are to believe?
