وَاِنْ يَّمْسَسْكَ اللّٰهُ بِضُرٍّ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهٗٓ اِلَّا هُوَ ۗوَاِنْ يَّمْسَسْكَ بِخَيْرٍ فَهُوَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ  ( الأنعام: ١٧ )

wa-in
وَإِن
And if
yamsaska
يَمْسَسْكَ
touches you
l-lahu
ٱللَّهُ
Allah
biḍurrin
بِضُرٍّ
with affliction
falā
فَلَا
then no
kāshifa
كَاشِفَ
remover
lahu
لَهُۥٓ
of it
illā
إِلَّا
except
huwa
هُوَۖ
Him
wa-in
وَإِن
And if
yamsaska
يَمْسَسْكَ
He touches you
bikhayrin
بِخَيْرٍ
with good
fahuwa
فَهُوَ
then He
ʿalā
عَلَىٰ
(is) on
kulli
كُلِّ
every
shayin
شَىْءٍ
thing
qadīrun
قَدِيرٌ
All-Powerful

Wa iny-yamsaskal laahu bidurrin falaaa kaashifa lahoo illaa Huwa wa iny-yamsaska bikhairin fa Huwa 'alaa kulli shai'in Qadeer (al-ʾAnʿām 6:17)

Sahih International:

And if Allah should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him. And if He touches you with good – then He is over all things competent. (Al-An'am [6] : 17)

If Allah causes you harm, there is no one to remove it except He Himself; and if He causes you good, then He is powerful over everything.
