فَذَاقَتْ وَبَالَ اَمْرِهَا وَكَانَ عَاقِبَةُ اَمْرِهَا خُسْرًا   ( الطلاق: ٩ )

فَذَاقَتْ
So it tasted
wabāla
وَبَالَ
(the) bad consequence
amrihā
أَمْرِهَا
(of) its affair
wakāna
وَكَانَ
and was
ʿāqibatu
عَٰقِبَةُ
(the) end
amrihā
أَمْرِهَا
(of) its affair
khus'ran
خُسْرًا
loss

Fazaaqat wabbala amrihaa wa kaana 'aaqibatu amrihaa khusraa (aṭ-Ṭalāq̈ 65:9)

Sahih International:

And it tasted the bad consequence of its affair [i.e., rebellion], and the outcome of its affair was loss. (At-Talaq [65] : 9)

Thus they tasted the evil consequence of their acts, and the end of their conduct was loss.
