عَنْهُمُ
from them
l-rij'za
ٱلرِّجْزَ
the punishment
ilā
إِلَىٰٓ
till
ajalin
أَجَلٍ
a (fixed) term
hum
هُم
(which) they
bālighūhu
بَٰلِغُوهُ
were to reach [it],
idhā
إِذَا
then,
hum
هُمْ
(which) they
yankuthūna
يَنكُثُونَ
broke (the word).

Falammaa kashafnaa 'anhumur rijza ilaaa ajalin hum baalighoohu izaa hum yankusoon

Sahih International:

But when We removed the punishment from them until a term which they were to reach, then at once they broke their word.
