وَاَمَّآ اِذَا مَا ابْتَلٰىهُ فَقَدَرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقَهٗ ەۙ فَيَقُوْلُ رَبِّيْٓ اَهَانَنِۚ  ( الفجر: ١٦ )

وَأَمَّآ
But
idhā
إِذَا
when
مَا
does
ib'talāhu
ٱبْتَلَىٰهُ
He try him
faqadara
فَقَدَرَ
and restricts
ʿalayhi
عَلَيْهِ
for him
riz'qahu
رِزْقَهُۥ
his provision
fayaqūlu
فَيَقُولُ
then he says
rabbī
رَبِّىٓ
"My Lord
ahānani
أَهَٰنَنِ
(has) humiliated me"

Wa ammaaa izaa mabtalaahu faqadara 'alaihi rizqahoo fa yaqoolu Rabbeee ahaanan (al-Fajr 89:16)

Sahih International:

But when He tries him and restricts his provision, he says, "My Lord has humiliated me." (Al-Fajr [89] : 16)

But when he tests him, and thus straitens his provision for him, he says, “My Lord has disgraced me.”
