وَلَا
And not
taḥāḍḍūna
تَحَٰٓضُّونَ
you feel the urge
ʿalā
عَلَىٰ
to
ṭaʿāmi
طَعَامِ
feed
l-mis'kīni
ٱلْمِسْكِينِ
the poor.

Wa laa tahaaaddoona 'alaata'aamil miskeen

Sahih International:

And you do not encourage one another to feed the poor.
