قَالُوْا سَنُرَاوِدُ عَنْهُ اَبَاهُ وَاِنَّا لَفَاعِلُوْنَ ( يوسف: ٦١ )
qālū
قَالُوا۟
They said
Ils ont dit :
sanurāwidu
سَنُرَٰوِدُ
"We will try to get permission
« Nous détournerons très bientôt
ʿanhu
عَنْهُ
for him
de lui
abāhu
أَبَاهُ
(from) his father
son père.
wa-innā
وَإِنَّا
and indeed we
Et certes, nous (seront)
lafāʿilūna
لَفَٰعِلُونَ
surely will do"
certainement des gens qui (le) font. »
Qaaloo sanuraawidu 'anhu abaahu wa innaa lafaa'iloon (Yūsuf 12:61)
English Sahih:
They said, "We will attempt to dissuade his father from [keeping] him, and indeed, we will do [it]." (Yusuf [12] : 61)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
Ils dirent: «Nous essayerons de persuader son père. Certes, nous le ferons». (Yusuf [12] : 61)
