وَاللّٰهُ يُرِيْدُ اَنْ يَّتُوْبَ عَلَيْكُمْ ۗ وَيُرِيْدُ الَّذِيْنَ يَتَّبِعُوْنَ الشَّهَوٰتِ اَنْ تَمِيْلُوْا مَيْلًا عَظِيْمًا ( النساء: ٢٧ )
wal-lahu
وَٱللَّهُ
And Allah
Et Allâh
yurīdu
يُرِيدُ
wishes
veut
an
أَن
to
qu’
yatūba
يَتُوبَ
accept repentance
Il accepte le repentir
ʿalaykum
عَلَيْكُمْ
from you
pour vous
wayurīdu
وَيُرِيدُ
but wish
et veulent
alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
ceux qui
yattabiʿūna
يَتَّبِعُونَ
follow
suivent
l-shahawāti
ٱلشَّهَوَٰتِ
the passions
les désirs
an
أَن
that
que
tamīlū
تَمِيلُوا۟
you deviate -
vous vous égariez
maylan
مَيْلًا
(into) a deviation
(avec) un égarement
ʿaẓīman
عَظِيمًا
great
immense.
Wallaahu yureedu ai yatooba 'alaikum wa yureedul lazeena yattabi 'oonash shahawaati an tameeloo mailan 'azeemaa (an-Nisāʾ 4:27)
English Sahih:
Allah wants to accept your repentance, but those who follow [their] passions want you to digress [into] a great deviation. (An-Nisa [4] : 27)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
Et Allah veut accueillir votre repentir. Mais ceux qui suivent les passions veulent que vous vous incliniez grandement (vers l'erreur comme ils le font). (An-Nisa' [4] : 27)
