وَحَرَامٌ عَلٰى قَرْيَةٍ اَهْلَكْنٰهَآ اَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُوْنَ ( الأنبياء: ٩٥ )
And (there is) prohibition
وَحَرَٰمٌ
और लाज़िम है
upon
عَلَىٰ
बस्ती (वालों ) पर
a city
قَرْيَةٍ
बस्ती (वालों ) पर
which We have destroyed
أَهْلَكْنَٰهَآ
हलाक कर दिया हमने जिसे
that they
أَنَّهُمْ
कि बेशक वो
not
لَا
नहीं वो लौटेंगे
will return
يَرْجِعُونَ
नहीं वो लौटेंगे
Waharamun 'ala qaryatin ahlaknaha annahum la yarji'oona (al-ʾAnbiyāʾ 21:95)

और किसी बस्ती के लिए असम्भव है जिसे हमने विनष्ट कर दिया कि उसके लोग (क़ियामत के दिन दंड पाने हेतु) न लौटें
English Sahih:
And it is prohibited to [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return ([21] Al-Anbya : 95)
