مَا نَنۡسَخۡ مِنۡ اٰيَةٍ اَوۡ نُنۡسِهَا نَاۡتِ بِخَيۡرٍ مِّنۡهَآ اَوۡ مِثۡلِهَا ؕ اَلَمۡ تَعۡلَمۡ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ قَدِيۡرٌ(البقرة :106)
Ma nansakh min ayatin aw nunsiha nati bikhayrin minha aw mithliha alam ta'lam anna Allaha 'ala kulli shayin qadeerun
Sahih International:
We do not abrogate a verse or cause it to be forgotten except that We bring forth [one] better than it or similar to it. Do you not know that Allah is over all things competent?
وَاِذَا بَدَّلۡنَاۤ اٰيَةً مَّكَانَ اٰيَةٍۙ وَّ اللّٰهُ اَعۡلَمُ بِمَا يُنَزِّلُ قَالُوۡۤا اِنَّمَاۤ اَنۡتَ مُفۡتَرٍؕ بَلۡ اَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُوۡنَ(النحل :101)
Waitha baddalna ayatan makana ayatin waAllahu a'lamu bima yunazzilu qaloo innama anta muftarin bal aktharuhum la ya'lamoona
Sahih International:
And when We substitute a verse in place of a verse - and Allah is most knowing of what He sends down - they say, "You, [O Muhammad], are but an inventor [of lies]." But most of them do not know.
