اَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَبَؤُا الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا مِنْ قَبْلُ ۖفَذَاقُوْا وَبَالَ اَمْرِهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِيْمٌ ( التغابن: ٥ )
alam yatikum
أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ
Has not come to you
നിങ്ങൾക്കു വന്നിട്ടില്ലേ
naba-u
نَبَؤُا۟
(the) news
വൃത്താന്തം, വര്‍ത്തമാനം
alladhīna kafarū
ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟
(of) those who disbelieved
അവിശ്വസിച്ചവരുടെ
min qablu
مِن قَبْلُ
from? before?
മുമ്പു
fadhāqū
فَذَاقُوا۟
So they tasted
എന്നിട്ടവര്‍ ആസ്വദിച്ചു, രുചിച്ചുനോക്കി
wabāla
وَبَالَ
(the) bad consequence
കഠിനഫലം, കെടുതി, ദുരന്തം
amrihim
أَمْرِهِمْ
(of) their affair
അവരുടെ കാര്യ (വിഷയ) ത്തിന്റെ
walahum ʿadhābun
وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ
and for them (is) a punishment
അവര്‍ക്കു ശിക്ഷയുമുണ്ടു
alīmun
أَلِيمٌ
painful
വേദനയേറിയ
Alam yaatikum naba'ul lazeena kafaroo min qablu fazaaqoo wabaala amrihim wa lahum 'azaabun aleem (at-Taghābun 64:5)
English Sahih:
Has there not come to you the news of those who disbelieved before? So they tasted the bad consequence of their affair, and they will have a painful punishment. (At-Taghabun [64] : 5)
