لَقَدْ اَنْزَلْنَآ اِلَيْكُمْ كِتٰبًا فِيْهِ ذِكْرُكُمْۗ اَفَلَا تَعْقِلُوْنَ ࣖ ( الأنبياء: ١٠ )
Indeed
لَقَدْ
Ganz gewiss
We (have) sent down
أَنزَلْنَآ
haben wir hinabgesandt
to you
إِلَيْكُمْ
zu euch
a Book
كِتَٰبًا
ein Buch,
in it
فِيهِ
darin
(is) your mention
ذِكْرُكُمْۖ
(ist) eure Erwähnung.
Then will not
أَفَلَا
So tut nicht
you use reason?
تَعْقِلُونَ
ihr begreifen?
Laqad 'Anzalnā 'Ilaykum Kitābāan Fīhi Dhikrukum 'Afalā Ta`qilūna. (al-ʾAnbiyāʾ 21:10)
A. S. F. Bubenheim and N. Elyas:
Wir haben ja ein Buch zu euch hinabgesandt, in dem eure Ehre liegt . Begreift ihr denn nicht? ([21] al-Anbiya (Die Propheten) : 10)
English Sahih:
We have certainly sent down to you a Book [i.e., the Quran] in which is your mention. Then will you not reason? ([21] Al-Anbya : 10)
