وَاِذَا قِيْلَ لَهُمُ اتَّقُوْا مَا بَيْنَ اَيْدِيْكُمْ وَمَا خَلْفَكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُوْنَ ( يس: ٤٥ )
And when
وَإِذَا
Und wenn
it is said
قِيلَ
gesagt wird
to them
لَهُمُ
zu ihnen;
"Fear
ٱتَّقُوا۟
"Hütet euch,
what
مَا
(vor) was
(is) before you
بَيْنَ
(ist) zwischen
(is) before you
أَيْدِيكُمْ
eure Händen
and what
وَمَا
und was
(is) behind you
خَلْفَكُمْ
(ist) hinter euch,
so that you may
لَعَلَّكُمْ
auf dass ihr
receive mercy"
تُرْحَمُونَ
Erbarmen findet."
Wa 'Idhā Qīla Lahum Attaqū Mā Bayna 'Aydīkum Wa Mā Khalfakum La`allakum Turĥamūna. (Yāʾ Sīn 36:45)

Und wenn zu ihnen gesagt wird; "Hütet euch vor dem, was vor euch, und dem, was hinter euch ist, auf daß ihr Erbarmen finden möget!" (..., wenden sie sich ab.) ([36] Ya-Sin : 45)
English Sahih:
But when it is said to them, "Beware of what is before you and what is behind you; perhaps you will receive mercy..." ([36] Ya-Sin : 45)
