Adh-Dhariyat Verse 49

And We created pairs of all things[[ For example, male and female, sweet and bitter, day and night, plains and mountains, heat and cold, light and darkness. ]] so perhaps you would be mindful.

And We have created everything in pairs, so that you may take heed.

And of everything created We two kinds; haply you will remember.

and We created pairs of all things so that you [people] might take note.

And of every thing We have created pairs, that haply ye may remember.

And of every thing We have created pairs; That ye may receive instruction.

And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed.

And We created pairs of everything that you may contemplate.

And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder.

In all things We have created pairs so that you may take admonition.

And all things We have created in pairs, so that you may reflect and be mindful.

And We have created all things in pairs so that you may give heed (to the wonderful creation of God).

And from every thing We created a pair/couple , maybe/perhaps you mention/remember .

And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder.

And of all things have We created pairs, that you may reflect (or receive instruction).

And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember (the Grace of Allah).

And the earth, We have spread it out. How well We prepared it!

And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful.

And all things We have created by pairs, that haply ye may reflect.

We have created everything in pairs so that perhaps you may take heed.

We created two kinds of all things, so that you will remember.

And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember.

and We created pairs of all things so that you might reflect.

We created all things in pairs, so that you may reflect and ponder.

And of all things (wa-min kulli shay'in is semantically connected to His [following] words khalaqn) We created pairs, two kinds, such as male and female, heaven and earth, sun and moon, plain and mountain, summer and winter, sweet and bitter, light and darkness, that perhaps you might remember (tadhakkarna; one of the two original t' letters [of tatadhakkarna] has been omitted), and hence realise that the Creator of pairs is [Himself] Singular, that you might then worship him.

وَمِن كُلِّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَا زَوْجَيْنِ

And of everything We have created pairs,

meaning, all the created are in pairs, the heaven and earth, night and day, sun and moon, land and sea, light and darkness, faith and disbelief, death and life, misery and happiness, Paradise and Fire, in addition to the animals and plants.

The statement of Allah the Exalted,

لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ



that you may remember.

(and know that the Creator, Allah, is One without partners)
