Surah [7] Al-A'raf : 57

وَهُوَ الَّذِىۡ يُرۡسِلُ الرِّيٰحَ بُشۡرًۢا بَيۡنَ يَدَىۡ رَحۡمَتِهٖ ‌ؕ حَتّٰۤى اِذَاۤ اَقَلَّتۡ سَحَابًا ثِقَالًا سُقۡنٰهُ لِبَلَدٍ مَّيِّتٍ فَاَنۡزَلۡنَا بِهِ الۡمَآءَ فَاَخۡرَجۡنَا بِهٖ مِنۡ كُلِّ الثَّمَرٰتِ‌ؕ كَذٰلِكَ نُخۡرِجُ الۡمَوۡتٰى لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُوۡنَ‏(الأعراف :57)

وَهُوَ
And He
ٱلَّذِى
(is) the One Who
يُرْسِلُ
sends
ٱلرِّيَٰحَ
the winds
بُشْرًۢا
(as) glad tidings
بَيْنَ
from
يَدَىْ
before
رَحْمَتِهِۦۖ
His Mercy
حَتَّىٰٓ
until
إِذَآ
when
أَقَلَّتْ
they have carried
سَحَابًا
clouds
ثِقَالًا
heavy
سُقْنَٰهُ
We drive them
لِبَلَدٍ
to a land
مَّيِّتٍ
dead
فَأَنزَلْنَا
then We send down
بِهِ
from it
ٱلْمَآءَ
the water
فَأَخْرَجْنَا
then We bring forth
بِهِۦ
from it
مِن
(of)
كُلِّ
all (kinds)
ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِۚ
(of) fruits
كَذَٰلِكَ
Thus
نُخْرِجُ
We will bring forth
ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ
the dead
لَعَلَّكُمْ
so that you may
تَذَكَّرُونَ
take heed

Wahuwa allathee yursilu alrriyaha bushran bayna yaday rahmatihi hatta itha aqallat sahaban thiqalan suqnahu libaladin mayyitin faanzalna bihi almaa faakhrajna bihi min kulli alththamarati kathalika nukhriju almawta la'allakum tathakkaroona

Sahih International:

And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy until, when they have carried heavy rainclouds, We drive them to a dead land and We send down rain therein and bring forth thereby [some] of all the fruits. Thus will We bring forth the dead; perhaps you may be reminded.

Tafsir (More Translations)
Surah [30] Ar-Rum : 46

وَمِنۡ اٰيٰتِهٖۤ اَنۡ يُّرۡسِلَ الرِّيَاحَ مُبَشِّرٰتٍ وَّلِيُذِيۡقَكُمۡ مِّنۡ رَّحۡمَتِهٖ وَلِتَجۡرِىَ الۡفُلۡكُ بِاَمۡرِهٖ وَلِتَبۡتَغُوۡا مِنۡ فَضۡلِهٖ وَلَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُوۡنَ(الروم :46)

وَمِنْ
And among
ءَايَٰتِهِۦٓ
His Signs
أَن
(is) that
يُرْسِلَ
He sends
ٱلرِّيَاحَ
the winds
مُبَشِّرَٰتٍ
(as) bearers of glad tidings
وَلِيُذِيقَكُم
and to let you taste
مِّن
of
رَّحْمَتِهِۦ
His Mercy
وَلِتَجْرِىَ
and that may sail
ٱلْفُلْكُ
the ships
بِأَمْرِهِۦ
at His Command
وَلِتَبْتَغُوا۟
and that you may seek
مِن
of
فَضْلِهِۦ
His Bounty
وَلَعَلَّكُمْ
and that you may
تَشْكُرُونَ
be grateful

Wamin ayatihi an yursila alrriyaha mubashshiratin waliyutheeqakum min rahmatihi walitajriya alfulku biamrihi walitabtaghoo min fadlihi wala'allakum tashkuroona

Sahih International:

And of His signs is that He sends the winds as bringers of good tidings and to let you taste His mercy and so the ships may sail at His command and so you may seek of His bounty, and perhaps you will be grateful.
